At Mycelium Meadows, we’re a small, passionate mushroom farm with a big love for cultivating nature’s most unique and nourishing foods. What began as a simple curiosity has grown into a hands-on journey to share gourmet and functional mushrooms with our local community. Right now, we’re a small operation producing around sixty pounds a week — but every harvest teaches us something new, and each season brings new growth.
Our goal is to build a sustainable and organic practice that honors both the environment and the people we feed. We believe in quality over quantity, transparency in how we grow, and forming connections through good food. As we expand our capacity this winter and into next year, we’re committed to keeping that same spirit of care, curiosity, and community that started it all.
